Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Items only above $100 can be exchanged.
Custom or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.

Return the Original Item: Follow the same return procedure outlined above to send the original item back to us.
Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item. If the item meets our exchange criteria, our team will process the exchange to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Customer will need to bear the cost, if item is priced more than the next item purchased.
Processing the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping fees for the exchanged item will be covered by the customer.
