How can I register with Moiseau?

You can register by clicking the ‘Sign Up’ button on the ‘My Account’ page located in the top right corner of the Home page. Alternatively, you can register using your Google account by clicking the ‘Login with Google’ link, which will redirect you to the login page where you can enter your credentials.

How can I edit my account details?

To edit your personal information, go to your profile in ‘My Account’ and click the ‘Edit’ button to update details such as your address and phone number.

How can I reset my login password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page. We will send a link to your registered email address that allows you to change your password.

Is it necessary to create an account to shop?

Creating an account is optional. You can check out as a guest. However, having an account provides exclusive benefits, including access to sales, VIP offers, previews of new collections, saved wishlist items, stored address and payment details for quicker checkouts, simplified order tracking, updates, return processing, and order management.

How can I get updates on the latest collections and offers?

You can subscribe to our monthly newsletters by submitting your email address, which will keep you informed about new launches, offers, and updates on our collections

Order

How will I know if Moiseau has received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received, followed by another email with your order invoice. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a third email notifying you of the shipment.

How can I view all of my orders?

You can view all your orders in the ‘My Orders’ section of your profile in ‘My Account’ on the website.

How can I check my order details/status?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Additionally, you can view your order details in the ‘My Orders’ section of your profile.

Can I change my order after it's placed?

Changes can only be made to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. If your order status is "preparing for shipping," "shipping," or "delivered," you cannot make any changes. To request changes, please contact support through the helpdesk.

What is a pre-order?

Some items on our website are available for "Pre-Order," meaning they are currently being restocked or remade. This allows you to secure the item before its official launch. Please allow 15-25 working days for delivery of pre-ordered items. Delays may occur due to production or weather conditions.

When do I need to pay for my pre-ordered items?

All pre-order items must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

What size should I order?

If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size guide, which can help determine your ideal Moiseau size. Note that this guide is for reference only; we recommend checking each product description for fit details.

Can I change or amend the items in my order once it has been placed?

Currently, you cannot cancel part of an order. To change or add items, please cancel the existing order or place a new one. We are working on more flexible options, so stay tuned for updates!

An item I want is out of stock; when will it be available again?

Items may come back in stock depending on brand availability. To stay updated, add the item to your wishlist and subscribe to our newsletters. You can also check the ‘New In’ section for new additions. Restocked items will be tagged ‘Back in Stock.’

How will I know if an item is out of stock?

Items that are sold out will be marked as ‘Out of Stock’ on the product page. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock during checkout, and a notification will appear. For out-of-stock items, add them to your wishlist to be notified when they are back in stock.

Do you have physical stores?

At this time, we do not operate any physical stores under our brand.

What are the payment options available on moiseau.com?

You can make your payment using any of the following options:

  • Cash On Delivery (in UAE)

Is there an extra charge for COD?

Yes, there is an additional charge for Cash on Delivery due to the extra fees incurred with the courier company.

What if I make a purchase using my credit/debit card, but the order is not successfully placed?

If you are charged, the order is processed. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our customer service at contact@moiseau.com.

Is there a shipping charge?

Shipping charges 120 AED are applied on orders placed outside UAE.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently support the following currency: AED.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Yes, taxes and international shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on the shipping country/region and applicable laws.

I placed an order, and the amount was deducted, but I did not receive an order confirmation.

If you have not received your confirmation email after 10 minutes, please contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Us page, providing the email address and phone number used during the order.

Deliveries

When can I expect to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped according to the expected release date indicated on the shipping address page after clicking secure checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ready-to-dispatch items will be shipped within 3-7 working days. Delivery may take an additional 4-8 working days, depending on your location (excluding weekends and public holidays). Pre-order items will be dispatched within 15-20 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched and a tracking ID is generated by the courier, you will receive an email with tracking details.

What should I do if my package has been opened or tampered with?

If your package appears to be tampered with, please do not accept the shipment. Contact us immediately at contact@moiseau.com.

I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?

In this case, please visit the Contact Us section and email us at contact@moiseau.com. Include your order number, the name and number of the wrong or damaged item, and a photo. Our team will respond within 2-3 days.

I have a missing item in my order.

For missing items, please visit the Contact Us section for support or email us at contact@moiseau.com with your order number and details of the missing item. We will respond within 2-3 days.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect order?

If you receive an incorrect item, please email us at contact@moiseau.com. We will arrange for a pickup and send the correct order. You can also report the issue in the ‘MyOrders’ section of the website, including a picture.

Is there a warranty?

We guarantee that all products made by us and sold through our online store are free of defects. We accept returns or exchanges for defective items under the following conditions:

  • The item was sold through our online store.
  • The item has not been used.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 3 to 7 days of delivery.
  • The return is made within 3 to 7 days of the request.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Middle East, United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, India, and Pakistan. For shipping outside these areas, please contact our support.

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, please specify that you would like to exchange your item when preparing your return with our support.

Is there a way to reverse an order cancellation?

Unfortunately, once an order cancellation is requested, it cannot be reversed. If you wish to receive the items, you will need to place a new order.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 3 to 7 days of delivery.
  • The return is made within 3 to 7 days of the request.
